Video Tutorial: Creating Pages Step-by-Step
Go to pages and create a new page that can be uniquely shared with users.

Add shortcode block to paste the shortcode of the form when created.
View the page and you will find the form ready!
Data collected by the form will be visible under Contact Forms list.
How to Create Form
Go to Contact in the sidebar menu to make contact form.
Add the form inputs and save the details.
Copy the unique shortcode from the Contact Form lists.

AWeber Integration
To create signup form with AWeber, go to "Pages & Forms" menu in your AWeber account.

To display AWeber form, copy raw HTML after the form created and paste it in the HTML block of page.

How to Share Code for Page Duplication
Hovering over pages in the page list, "Share Code" option will be available for each.
The link that is copied here can be shared to other user registered on the site.
When URL hits while logged in, a duplicate page will be created with same content and design.
